On the way to or from the ocean in NL... looked like the clouds were exceptionally low over this town... just thought it looked pretty.

It's like, heaven, only right here on Earth. Living once again, vicariously through the beautiful photos from other people's exotic vacations. This is a shot from the Cayman Islands. Gorgeous!

Can you touch the sky? Looks like you can. I like the colors in the distant hills and how close the sky seems to be. Almost within reach.

Gorgeous water... a bit too calm. (I just love the waves, you know?) On the bay in East Sandwich, MA. Lovely place for a getaway.

My S.O. called this "the eye in the sky"... it does look that way doesn't it? This is Misquamicut, RI. You can almost see the water...

Nice view....Egmond, NL. They call The Netherlands "big sky country"... when you're there, you can see why. When the weather is just right, and especially at the beach... it's just beautiful.

Westkapelle, NL... beautiful town.Great view. Of course, to see it, you have to hike a bit. But it's worth it.

Misquamicut, RI..just after sunset. Beautiful area, especially off-season and less busy.

I can't remember if I've already posted this one or not. One of my first visits to an NL shoreline. It was an amazing day. What a beautiful coastline they have over there.

This is on the island of Lesvos, Greece. I visited relatives there when I was 12. (I'm way past 12 now). What a beautiful island.

A beluga whale...snapped at a local aquarium. Hello beautiful! I wanted to go swimming with him (or her).

I took this one in a moving car on a bridge somewhere in Washington, D.C. Never thought it would come out. Nice surprise.
