This was early morning in Ocean City, MD (in 1999)...busiest boardwalk I've ever seen (not in the picture). More traffic on the boardwalk than on the beach. Something I never understood....you're at the beach....it's 90+ degrees...beautiful ocean, right there...hop in, cool off? Oh noooo, must-walk-the boardwalk! Maybe it was something in the water... hmmm.
